# Virtune

> Virtune is a regulated Swedish crypto asset manager that issues physically backed crypto Exchange Traded Products (ETPs) listed on European exchanges. Investors buy Virtune ETPs through their local broker or bank — not directly from Virtune.

Virtune was founded in 2022 and is headquartered at Kungsgatan 9, Stockholm, Sweden. The company holds an EU-approved base prospectus for issuing crypto ETPs across Europe.

All Virtune products are crypto ETPs — exchange-traded securities that provide exposure to one or more crypto assets or indices. They are 100% physically backed and listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, Nasdaq Helsinki, Deutsche Börse Xetra, Warsaw Stock Exchange, and Euronext.
